Our software solutions form the core of modern test and automation environments. They allow you to create, analyze, and automate complex workflows efficiently, safely, and without programming knowledge.
The nxL Studio is your central tool for building, managing, and executing complex test and production workflows through a graphical interface.
Create sequences without programming, visualize dependencies, debug functions, extend via .NET, unify operator and engineering workflows.
The XAML-based user interface can be tailored to your requirements and your corporate design.
The test framework used in nxL-Studio and the Workstation Validator is fully modular. Test logic and wiring/component definitions are completely separated, giving you maximum flexibility in how tests are designed and executed. Test sequences can be created intuitively using drag-and-drop commands — no programming or scripting required. Wiring and component networks, along with all measurement parameters, can be generated from CAD files, defined in structured tables, or imported just-in-time (JIT) during production or validation.
The nextLEVEL Company Management offers a first-class solution to design processes, test steps and tasks solo or collaboratively, while monitoring production in real time. It simplifies day-to-day work and boosts team collaboration and communication—at the office or remote.
By linking all workstations within the network, even remote stations can be locked, updated, or automatically synchronized using version control at any selected point in time. Team communication is enhanced through built-in messaging, allowing stations to exchange information seamlessly and efficiently.
All test runs and each individual test step can be stored for logs, statistics, and traceability in files and databases—ready for certificates or printed traveler sheets. The designer is included in the software package.
Integration into production lines can be done via Ethernet or I/O communication to the PLC. The test system then controls and synchronizes DUT handling, sorting, and marking.
